SHIPPING AND RETURNS

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY METHODS?

  • You can choose to get your purchase delivered to your doorstep for an additional cost of AED 20 via our partner courrier company OR
  • You may collect your order at our location in The Lakes, Dubai. If you choose the pick-up option we will contact you at the time of purchase with the address, location map and possible flexible timings.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY DELAY?

The average time is 48 hours for the whole UAE (within cities limit).

In case we are closed for holidays, the website will be opened and you will be notified at the time of purchase with a possible delivery/picking-up date.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

If the delivery time seems abnormally long, please contact us at the following address info@yalla-kids.com. We will inquire about the state of delivery of your parcel and in case of loss, we will refund your entire order (shipping included). 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us. If you change your mind about the products you have purchased or if the products don’t fit your kids, “Yalla kids!” gives you a period of 7 days to return them. Shipping costs will then be your responsibility OR you may drop back the items at our location in The Lakes, Dubai.

We will exchange or refund the products subject to the following conditions:

  • contact us via email info@yalla-kids.com within 7 days of receiving/picking-up the products.
  • Items must also be returned within 7 days
  • Items should be in the same condition as you received them. Original tags should not have been removed in case of “New with tags” condition items.

If 7 days have gone by since you received or collected the purchase, unfortunately products will not be exchanged or returned.

In case of defective items (stains, holes, broken zippers or missing buttons, etc…): “Yalla kids!” also gives you a 7 day delay to refund it. (inform us at info@yalla-kids.com).

Despite of careful control, it can happen that we miss a small default and we apologize in advance. Naturally, we will refund the item in the form of a voucher.
